Safety is the foundation of everything I do — because true healing can only happen when you feel supported, seen, and grounded enough to explore it. From that foundation, healing can unfold as what it actually is: not a straight line, but a cycle — which is why a sustainable approach to wellness has to draw from more than one tool. In my own life, the tools that have supported my resilience — movement, breathwork, mindfulness, energy work, and art — have shifted depending on what season of life I'm in. I bring that same flexibility to my work with others in hopes that my clients will be able to cultivate a deeper and more trusting relationship with themselves.
My goal is to help you tune into your own intuition, so that you can guide your own self-healing journey with confidence, supported by a space that honors where you are.
