Yoga & Sound - New Moon Flow
Join me and Studio E for Slow Flow Yoga & Sound.
Embrace the the energy of the New Moon with a grounding and restorative asana practice. Then, drift into a meditative state with the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls. It will be an evening to connect with mind, body, soul & community.

Yoga & Sound - Full Moon Flow
Slow Flow Yoga & Sound: Release, Reflect, and Let Go.
This class will be held outdoors to fully embrace the the energy of the Full Moon! We will journal, flow through mindful movements, engage in intentional breathwork, and then fully release into savasana with the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls.
It will be an evening to connect with mind, body, soul & community. The yoga class will be 1 hour, followed by mingling and light refreshments.
