Join me for an evening of yoga, communal painting and a little vino!
We will move through gentle, slow-flow and restorative postures, and end with the calming vibrations of the sound bowls.
Following the yoga class, attendees will have the opportunity to stay for a glass of wine, while we come together to paint on one piece of canvas!
This is an opportunity to relax, express and connect with community!
